Questions engage our critical thinking. Research shows that asking questions improves learning and performance by as much as 150 percent (Harvard Law School). Sometimes questions are more important than the answers (Author Nancy Willard).

Gandhi once said “great questions are clearly the quickest path to great answers.”

What have been some of the best questions you have asked and what did you learn because of your questions? What other benefits can be gained from asking good questions besides good answers (did it create an environment of openness and humility?).
What questions do you believe need to asked by you that you have not asked as of yet?
